Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you order from us, however we appreciate that sometimes you may wish to return an item you have bought.

We accept returns for a refund (subject to the exceptions below), as well as returns of faulty, damaged and incorrectly supplied items.

14 DAYS OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Items you return must be in saleable condition and should be returned with the original packaging wherever possible. You may inspect and handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a different delivery method). Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items and for your own protection we recommend obtaining proof of posting.

We cannot accept returns of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. CDs, DVDs, vinyl records and other music and video products must be returned in their original sealed shrinkwrap.

To return an item for a refund either send an e-mail to shop@marcminer.com with detailed information about your order and products you want to return or submit your withdrawal online by using the form below. If you use this online option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email including the content of your withdrawal request and the date and time it was received.

Alternatively, you can complete this PDF form and return it to us.

You will get further instructions by e-mail. Please do not return faulty, damaged and incorrectly supplied items without contacting us first, as we have dedicated ways of handling these kinds of returns.

Christmas Orders: We extend the 14 day returns in December so that any item delivered in December can be returned until 15th January for a refund.
