Information acc. § 19 Abs 3 AStG (Alternative Online Dispute Resolution Law)

According to § 19 Abs 2 AStG, we have to inform the consumer about the alternative dispute resolution, hereinafter referred to as AS agency.

In case of dispute we commit to participate in the Internet ombudsman´s arbitration process.
